Summary of Tutorial:
1. Install JDK/Eclipse/Android SDK.
Android SDK:
http://dl.google.com/android/installer_r10-windows.exe
2. Set JAVA path. (To verify, go to command prompt and enter javac.)
3. Integrate Android into Eclipse.
Go to Help-> Install New Software-> Add->
Name: Android ADT
URL: https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse
Let it setup everything by selecting all.
4. Go to Windows-->Preferences-->Android
Enter Android SDK Location.
5. Create a new Android project.
Select a version.
App Name same as Name.
Activity-->Class Name
Version as selected above(8 for 2.2)
6. Add a new device by clicking on Android icon on toolbar.(Maintain version)
7. Click on Run Config-->Android App.
Name-->Anything
Android Tab--> Choose your project.
Target Tab-->Choose your device.
Apply.
